All yarn orders (containing A Puff of Fluff) are shipped from a selection of fulfillment centres in the USA.
All plushie orders are shipped by myself coming from the Netherlands (Europe).
Delivery Terms
Worldwide shipping is possible. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and vary based on the weight and destination of your order.
FREE Shipping
Free Worldwide Shipping is automatically added to your cart for orders over $50, orders of lower value include a shipping rate of $10.
Delivery Times
All orders are shipped within 1 business day. See what the delivery time is for your location:
A Puff of Fluff:
- Domestic (USA): 1 - 5 days
- International: 4 - 15 days
Plushies:
- Domestic (Netherlands): 1 - 2 days
- International: 2 - 11 days
**Depending on your specific delivery address, a quicker delivery method may be offered at checkout, this will instantly indicate the delivery time.
Tracking updates
Once you have received your order confirmation email, you will shortly after - within 1 business day - receive the tracking number alongside the carrier name.

Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Plushies are non-refundable! If a plushie has arrived damaged or items are missing, please provide pictures and contact us.
